Swedish dream pop extraordinaires, Makthaverskan recently announced their upcoming fourth full-length, För Allting, and today they're back with another preview of the release, the shimmering new single "Closer."
Due out November 12th, För Allting finds the Gothenburg-based group bringing new elements into their sound to create some of their most sweeping and catchy songs to date. "Closer" follows lead single "This Time" (which garnered attention from the likes of Pitchfork, Stereogum, NPR, BrooklynVegan, Uproxx, The FADER, and more) and provides the rush of instant hooks and chiming guitars that makes Makthaverskan so compelling. Vocalist Maja Milner's dynamic voice leads the track, climbing from moments of softness to stunning heights with ease. Milner discussed the new song saying, "The lyrics in 'Closer' are about falling in love and letting them in under your skin. It’s about daring to expose yourself in order to develop."

Portrayal of Guilt debuts the newest single from their upcoming album, Christfucker, out November 5 on Run for Cover Records. Ahead of the album's release, the band shared a new music video for the track, "...where the suffering never ends." Sream the previously released single, "Possession" here.
LANNDS, the Jacksonville, Florida-based duo compromised of Rania Woodard and Brian Squillance, makes their Run for Cover debut with new single, “In the Garden.” Creating trippy and dreamy electro-pop that pushes back against the environment it was conceived in, the band premiered a new video alongside the single release.
“‘In the Garden’ is a take on how I spent a year inside to recenter my awareness and how that made me realize there won’t ever be a right time to do what you want and to just go for it,” Woodard said of the single. “The song is a metaphor for the death and rebirth of our constant daily lives and how we’re just getting by through the ebbs and flows of life."
